Harold Hare's Own Paper first appeared in (14th Nov 1959) and ran for 230 issues until (4th April 1964), whereafter it mereged with Playhour. Walt Disney's Weekly had merged with it in (29th April 1961). issues where un-numbered.

This badge was a post-off club badge with Sun comic, originally on offer between 1959 to 1960.
It originally came with a membership book and code book, each week a different message would be printed within the Sun comic for members to decode.
First made from metal & later plastic.
