due to the war paper shortages it was merged with Girls Crystal.

The main story was based upon a the girls and staff of Cliff House School, a fictional establishment in Kent, overlooking a clifftop by the sea. Cliff House was the sister school of Greyfriars, where Billy Bunter was educated.  His sister Bessie attended Cliff House.
