Football Comic published by IPC Magazine Ltd. SCORCHER merged with another football comic SCORE on the 3rd of July 1971 to become SCORCHER and SCORE. On the 12th of October 1974, SCORCHER was merged into TIGER, a sports themed comic to become TIGER and SCORCHER which lasted through to 30th August 1980.
